1-to-1 Customer Journey

JOURNEY BUILDER

•  Configure 1 interaction using the Journey Builder lifecycle marketing automation tool.

Journey 1:

§  A welcome email series including up to 10 maximum journey steps.

§  It will not include engagements i.e. creating or updating salesforce records in sales cloud.

§  Journey audience will be only from Salesforce standard objects. We will be using Salesforce Data as an entry source i.e. Leads / Contacts.

§  Can include up to 4 emails as defined and accepted under email development section of this SOW above.

SALESFORCE TO MARKETING CLOUD INTEGRATION CONFIGURATION

MARKETING CLOUD CONNECT

•  Integration of ExactTarget with Salesforce Sales Cloud including the following activities:

•  Mapping of up to 5 Salesforce users to Marketing Cloud

•  Configuration mapping of up to thirty Salesforce Contact fields to Marketing Cloud fields.

•  Configuration of sending ExactTarget email via the ExactTarget interface, using a Salesforce campaign or report as a Subscriber source

•  Mapping of unsubscribes to Salesforce - ExactTarget Opt-outs will correlate to a single email opt out field in the Salesforce record

•  Syncing individual email send results with Salesforce Leads and Contacts object only.

•  Configuration of salesforce synchronised data extensions for salesforce selected standard objects only and maximum to 1 related custom object i.e. Users, Leads, Accounts and Contacts. (Maximum to 1 related custom object)

•  Configuring one population in contact builder.

DATA TERMS

DATA IMPORT & OTHER TERMS

We propose a joint data mapping approach as described below: •  Client will provide an initial extract

of client’s subscriber data which is said to be their marketing list. It should include Subscription status (Active/Unsubscribes)

•  Our team will then review client’s data and will suggest the best practices to use that data in marketing cloud.

•  Our team will then map the final fields to the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Data Extension which will become master data extension.

DATA TRANSFORMATION

•  The client team will transform client’s data into the correct format as defined in the templates for upload into Data Extension.

•  The client team will also perform de-duplication such that the data is ready for load into data extension.

DATA LOAD

•  Once client’s data is transformed into the correct format, we will import it

•  into Marketing cloud master list/data extension. •  For quality assurance purposes, we will first complete a mock

conversion, •  followed by the final conversion. (Iterations maximum 2) •  Once the data load is complete, we will work with the client

team to assure data quality by running key data metrics.

start includes 2 static segmentation lists/ filtered data extensions with a walk through to create more.

•  This service does not include data cleansing or transformation services.

•  Services not specifically identified above are not included in this quick-start service.

•  Custom development of triggers, visualforce pages, Sites and Flows.

•  Additional support services can be purchased separately for data administration, CRM configuration, development support, additional training.

•  The implementation price does not include the Salesforce or Marketing Cloud license fees.

•  The implementation is based on features of Marketing Cloud and Salesforce which are generally available
