The Designer & DualOcc by Metricon Inclusions are only available on deposits from 28.06.18 in Sydney Metro and NSW North & South Coast build regions (as defined on www.metricon.com.au/services/where-we-build), and are not redeemable for cash or credit at contract. Credits will not be given for the deletion of any inclusion.
