Auto Deceleration SystemWhen the remote-control valves are in theneutral position for more than 4 seconds, theCPU controller instructs the accel. actuator toreduce engine speed to 1,000rpm. And 60 seconds later, engin speed is reducedto low idle automatically.This decreases fuel consumption and reducescab noise levels.

Optimum Hydraulic PerformanceThe pump output capacity has been increased.

One-Touch Decel. SystemWhen the one-touch decel. switch is engaged,the CPU controller limits the accel. actuator toan 800rpm idle. When the one-touch decel. Switch is disengaged, the engine speedrecovers to its preset rpm.

Power Boost Control SystemIn power mode, the digging force increasesabout 10%.

Pump Flow Control SystemWhen in neutral, the pump flow is minimizedto reduce power loss. During operation, maximum pump flow isdelivered to the actuator to increase speed.Movement of the control lever automaticallyadjusts pump flow, with cylinder speedcontrolled proportionally.

Boom & Arm Holding SystemThe holding valves in the main control valveprevent boom & arm lowering during anextended period in the neutral position.

Boom & Arm Flow Regeneration SystemThe flow regeneration valve provides smoothand fast operation without cylinder cavitation.

Self-Diagnostics SystemThe CPU controller diagnoses problems in theCAPO system caused by electric and hydraulicmalfunctions and displays the correspondingdisplyed on the cluster LCD monitor errorcodes. The information via this device, includingengine rpm, main pump delivery pressure,battery voltage, hydraulic temperature andthe status of electric switches, allows theoperator to know the exact operatingconditions of the machine. This makes it easier to troubleshoot anyproblems that occur.

Hydraulically Dampered Travel PedalImproved travel controllability & smoothertravel has been achieved via shock reducingcomponents.

Attachment Flow Control SystemAttachment mode provides adequatehydraulic pump flow to each work tool,preventing excess flow and ensuring theregular performance.
