08 / 09Advanced Hydraulic System Increased Higher Performance
Advanced CAPO SystemThe Advanced CAPO(Computer Aided PowerOptimization) system maintains engine andmutual pump power at optimum levels. Modeselections are designed for various workloads and maintaining high performancewhile reducing fuel consumption. Features such as auto deceleration andpower boost are included in the system. The system monitors engine speed, coolanttemperature, and hydraulic oil temperature.Contained within the system are selfdiagnostic capabilities which are displayedby error codes on the cluster.
Self Diagnosis SystemThe CPU controller diagnoses problems inthe CAPO system caused by electric andhydraulic malfunctions and displays them onthe LCD monitor of the cluster through errorcodes. This controller has the capacity toidentify 48 distinct types of errors. As theinformation from this device, such as enginerpm, main pump delivery pressure, batteryvoltage, hyd. temperature, and the state of alltypes of electric switches, provides theoperator with a much more exact state ofmachine operating condition. This makes the machine easier totroubleshoot when anything does go wrong.
Arm Flow Regeneration SystemArm flow regeneration valve providessmooth arm-in operation without cavitation.
Boom & Arm Holding System The Holding valves in the main control valveprevents the boom & arm from dropping overan extended period in neutral position.
Auto Deceleration SystemWhen remote-control valves are in neutralposition more than 4 seconds, CPU controllerinstructs the accel actuator to reduce enginespeed to 1200rpm. This decreases, fuelconsumption and reduced cab noise levels.
One Touch Decel SystemWhen the one touch decel switch is pressed,CPU controller controls to reduce enginespeed to 950 rpm. And then the one touchdecel switch is pressed again, the enginespeed recovers.
Max. Flow Cut-off SystemFor precise control and finishing work, theMax. Flow Cut-off System reduces pumpflow, thus allowing smooth operation.

Track Rail Guide & AdjustersDurable track rail guides keep track links in place. Track adjustment is made easy withstandard grease cylinder track adjusters and shock absorbing springs.
Automatic Engine Overheat PreventionIf the engine coolant temperature gets toohigh, the CPU controller lowers the enginespeed and cools the engine.
Anti Restart SystemThe new system protects the starter fromrestarting during engine operation, even if theoperator accidentally turns the start keyagain.
Power boost control SystemWhen the power boost system is activated,digging power increases about 10%. It isespecially useful when extra power istemporarily needed, for instance, whendigging hard earth and rock, or if the bucketteeth are stopped by a stubborn tree root.
Automatic Warming-up SystemAfter the engine is started, if the enginecoolant temperature is low, the CPUcontroller increases the engine speed andautomatically increases the pump flow rateto warm up the engine more effectively.
Pump Flow Control SystemIn neutral position: Pump flow is reduced toa minimum to eliminate power loss. In operation: Maximum pump flow isdelivered to the actuator to increase thespeed. With movement of the control lever,pump flow is automatically adjusted and theactuator speed can be proportionallycontrolled.
