Good day WillowBrook Training Centre would be delighted to assist you with your training events. Situated in the lovely WillowBrook Office Park, just off Hendrik Potgieter Road in Ruimsig. Our Training Centre can be utilized for events such as day conferences, functions, seminars, workshops, training and meetings for up to 20 Delegates. The room is fully equipped with standard conference equipment. The room can accommodate delegates in various seating configurations. Terms and Conditions 1. This Quotation is valid for 7 (seven) days. 2. We require a deposit of 50% for existing clients and 100% for new clients of the estimated

bill in order to secure this reservation. We reserve the right to take other bookings until faxed proof of your deposit is received. The deposit may be banked directly into our ac-count.

3. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between ourselves should this booking be cancelled by you within:

3.1 20 working days prior to the event, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. 3.2 10 working days to the event, the deposit will be non-refundable. 3.3 5 working days or less prior to the event, the full amount will be charged. 4. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. 5. Menu choices, dietary requirements and special equipment needs are required at least 1

week prior to the event. 6. Any left-over food after the function/event will be dealt with at managements discretion. 7. Cognisance to be taken that a surcharge will be levied on all Strict Halaal and Kosher die-

tary requirements. 8. The building is a non-smoking venue. 9. Venue hire rates, where applicable, include tables chairs, cutlery, crockery and napery. 10. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES may liquor be brought onto or taken off the premises. 11. You will be liable for all and any damages, howsoever and whenever arising and from what-

soever cause, incurred to the premises and all immovable and moveable items thereon dur-ing the function/event and indemnity us fully in respect thereof. Any such damage incurred will be settled within 5 business days from date of request and/or demand to do so.

12. Unless booked and accepted as per the written quote –any additional décor, draping, sign-age or the like erected by you or on your request shall be removed immediately upon the termination of the function/event. Failing to do so s storage fee, equivalent to the venue hire, and which will be a penalty in lieu of damages, at our election, will be charged and be-come payable within five business days.

13. Should the function/event continue after the agreed or confirmed time as stipulated on the signed Booking Confirmation Form, an additional venue hire charge of R1 000.00 per hour will be levied.

14. This contract constitutes the whole of the agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter thereof.
