identification of any gaps, validation of inclusiveness, realism and business
focus among other aspects. The process also focused on ensuring
alignment of objectives, goals, strategic initiatives, action plans and
implementation matrix. Of key interest was ensuring that the Monitoring
& evaluation framework was implementable, covered all operations and
all indicators were measureable and verifiable. The final validation was
engagement with all sectors stakeholders in an organized workshop to
present the strategic plan and have them inject their views after which the
views were captures aligned and final development of the agreed strategic
plan.
