PreambleCross Country Ski Ontario contracted a consultant to work with the Board of Directors, staff, members, current and future stakeholders with the intention of achieving increased revenue stream(s) through the design and implementation of a robust Fund Development plan. We are focused on building current strengths; as we envision a vibrant relationship with stakeholders, like your self across Ontario. We would like to hear your thoughts on what matters most to you about Cross Country skiing in Ontario and your perspective for what is next. Our intention is to make sure that XCSO and its key stakeholders’ are aligned in a supported vision for the mission and values including future sustainability of the sport and organization.
