Stakeholder analysis is a process of systematically gathering and analysing

quantitative and qualitative informationto determine whose

interests should be taken into account throughout the project


The stakeholder register is used to identify stakeholders that can provide information

on detailed project and product requirements

Stakeholder Analysis is best accomplished before a project is

initiated or at some beginning phase


Stakeholder Analysis Identifies stakeholder’s interests, expectations &

influence and relates them to the purpose of

the project

Also helps identify stakeholder relationships to

enhance the project’s chance of success


Stakeholder analysis is a technique that can help project team members

understand the variety of stakeholders that have an interest in

the project, and the individual nuances that can affect the project
