In my opinion, these excess numbers of Nuts & bolts either could be used in Vavuniya for V/05 or Client could reimburse the duty charges from Sierra.

In the meantime Sierra has to make arrangement to submit the details of composition of the material and the strength. Any request made from our side to Sierra??
