DESCRIPTION
Buccal - lingual defect and sinus pneumatization necessitating ridge grafting and sinus-lift. A KAVO sonic hand piece with a restorative diamond insert was used to create lateral access to the sinus. Calcium Sulphate hemihydrate (plaster of Paris) was used as grafting material in the sinus. Dynablast putty and a titanium reinforced membrane were used to rebuild the ridge. Two Nobel Active implants were placed after 6 months healing.
