technology, NorthCoast Banners can make your stage backdrops and band scrims any size.

Our stage backdrops and scrims are all Full Color and Digitally Printed in any size!
Available on Vinyl, Vinyl Mesh or Die Sublimated Poly Poplin Cloth.
Our Stage Backdrops and Band Scrims are weather resistant and come with a certificate of fire resistance.
Grommets and pole pockets are included free of charge if desired. Reinforced hems are highly recommended for outdoor use and are available at a modest fee.
We can also sew velcro to the backside edges and supply equal length opposite sidefor a small additional fee.

All of our digitally printed banners are printed using solvent-based, UV-resistant inks.
There are no additional fees for full-color printing.
If you would like to have artwork or photos reproduced or want to offer multiple colors this process is for you.
For digital full color banners, artwork can be supplied in vector format, or raster images at the size you wish the banner to be in a resolution of 300 dpi or higher.

Sample Banners and BagsA reasonable number of random samples will be provided free of charge. NorthCoast Banners does reserve the right to request the client’s UPS or FedEx account when samples are requested for overnight delivery.
Printed samples before production are available at additional cost, for all digitally printed items call for quote. Pre-production samples for flexo printed banners and bags are not available.
ShippingNorthCoast Banners is not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier.
Freight is assumed by the buyer. We will ship using your designated carrier. NorthCoast Banners will not be responsible for variances inshipping cost or time of delivery. If one is not specifically requested we will use our best judgement to deliver your order on time in the most cost effective way.
Split shipments are available, $10.00 per location after the first location.
Production TimeNormal Delivery: Approximately 21 working days on Plastic Roll Banner orders from approval of artwork. Digital Printed items up to 7 working days from approval of artwork.
Rush Services for Flexo Printed BannersNext Day Air shipping charges will apply to all rush orders.
Rush Orders are accepted based on production capabilities and may include additional charges.
Art Requirements for Plastic Banners and Digital Banner PrintingFor quick service and to avoid delay, the following guidelines are provided for art submission.
NorthCoast Banners preferred software application is Adobe CS5. Please save files into CS5 or below. NorthCoast Banners has the ability to work with almost any file format.
Proof: Our art department will develop your proof for your review and approval. Digital e-mail (PDF) proofs provided at no charge.
IllustratorAll fonts must be converted to paths. If possible, fonts should be included also.
Vector art is needed for Plastic Roll Banners. We can print up to 6 Pantone colors.
Vector images used in digital printing will print in high resolution.
Print quality for images containing imported files and vector art/copy will vary. Any imported images will print at resolution assigned in Pho-toshop and any vector art/copy will print at the highest resolution.
PMS numbers must be assigned to all art and copy. CMYK will not print consistently on different materials.
PhotoshopUse Photoshop files (.PSD, .TIF, .JPG, .EPS) when the image for you banner is a four-color process image.
Dots per Inch (dpi) vs Pixels Per Inch (ppi)Dots Per Inch refers to the number of dots of ink per inch when printing. Pixels Per Inch refers to the number of dots an image has when looking on the screen. Dots per inch are very important because the resolution determines the quality of the output of the image. Because you are creating a printed image, it is important to work in Dots Per Inch.
Raster ImagesColor images must be in CMYK and grayscale images must be in Grayscale.
Resolution Requirements for North Coast BannersWe prefer art work files to be as close to 300 dpi at full size as possible. Please setup your document in proportion to your final output size and desired resolution at final size.
