This may be for two reasons: 1. Based on how the data was collected, individuals who married their cohabiting spouse and had no other sexual partners were classified as "chaste" or having "none." 2. Since the survey only asks for the number of sexual partners in the last 12 months, some individuals may have previously cohabited and yet be classified as having "none" sexual partners.
