STA I COLOR POLICYRequest for Stain Color Matching of previously ordered Lakevi ew cabinetry occur frequently. In order to achievethe proper color range of aged wood and finish, we must fo rmulate an entirely new stain that w ill blend betterto that existing original color. Therefore, any such request for a S.C.M . on a job manufactured one (1 ) year orlonger w il l require a custom blended fin ish . We ask you to send a sam ple of the color to Lakevi ew and we willfo rward that sample to ou r coatings supplier so they can prepare a custom stain for you r job. The cost of th isprocess/p ol icy wil l be $75 .00 net. You w ill receive you r orig inal sam ple plus one (1) color block for your approval.Simply sign the back of th e sam ple and fax that signature back to customer service for final processing of yourorder.
