IT’S FLU AND COLD SEASON! To limit everyone’s exposure to this winter’s flu and colds, we ask everyone to please follow these guidelines: If you are ill, stay home! If you are contagious, you should not be around other people, including and especially at Church, a closed environment where you could possibly infect hundreds of other people with your germs or virus. “Contagious” includes everything from a coughy, sneezy, phlegmy cold to the flu. If you are not feeling up to par but you are not sick enough to stay home: **do not hold hands during the Our Father; **do not shake hands or hug other people at the Sign of Peace – a smile and nod of the head with the words “The Peace of the Lord be with you” will suffice; **do not drink from the cup of the Precious Blood; **receive the Host in your hand, not on your tongue.

Adult faith formation at St Paul the Apostle Catholic Church is centered around the understanding that living “The Way” taught by Jesus Christ is a life-long, evolving journey, involving both effort and

decision. To enable adults to explore the faith and deepen their knowledge of God’s Word, we provide many opportunities to come together in a learning environment. As a diverse community with a small parish feel, we know it is important to walk that journey with others and to share what we have learned along the way.

Spiritual Direction Available Spiritual direction is about being silent long enough to listen and having someone help you make sense of what you hear. St. Paul has trained lay spiritual directors who are available to meet with you. Contact Heidi for info: [email protected] or 281.333.3891, ext. 328.
