Recipe: ANZAC biscuits
Mix the flour, oats, coconut and sugar in a bowl.
Melt the butter and the golden syrup in a saucepan over a low heat.
Mix the water and the bicarbonate of soda and add it to the butter and golden syrup.
Pour the liquids into the flour mixture and mix well.
Spoon the dough onto a greased tin. Leave space between the dollops to allow spreading. Bake in the oven: 15 minutes on 160 °C.
