Adoration Thursday evenings from 6pm to 8pm with silent
adoration of the Blessed Sacrament until 7pm. The
sacrament of confession is offered from 6:00pm to 7:30pm.

P.R.E Registration
Catechism registration will begin Sunday, August 9, 2020.
Registration forms will be left in the back of the church so
each parent can take one per child home and bring it back
the following Sunday along with their $35 payment. Maria
Razura, P.R.E. Director, will be collecting the registration
forms in the Parish Office after each mass. The last day of
P.R.E. registration is Sunday, August 30, 2020. Call 901-323-
0896 for more information.
Women’s Book Club
Alexis Zamora will be leading a women’s book club starting
Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 9:00am. The Domestic
Church: Room by Room by Donna-Marie Cooper O’Boyle is
the featured book. We plan on meeting on the church patio,
if the weather permits; if not, the club will meet in St. Leo

Please Continue to Give
Please continue your giving to St. Michael’s. This season of
limited gatherings is so crucial to the financial well-being of
our parish and our community. A large number of our
members already give their tithes and offerings online. We
so appreciate this and need it during this time. If you don’t
give online, consider giving through our website. It’s easy
and the fees are optional. This will help us maintain our day
to day operations, as well as our community obligations for
those in such desperate need right now. If you prefer, mail
you check in to the church office. Giving envelopes are
provided for you to mail-in if you choose to do so.
Altar Server Sign-Up
We are currently in need of a steady rotation of Altar Servers
at each mass. If you could help us with this ministry, please

Por favor continúe dando a San Miguel. Esta temporada de
reuniones limitadas es tan crucial para el bienestar financiero
de nuestra parroquia y nuestra comunidad. Una gran
cantidad de nuestros miembros ya dan sus diezmos y
ofrendas en línea. Apreciamos mucho esto y lo necesitamos

Prayer for the Air
St. Michael’s air conditioning is on its last leg. It really needs
your help. Please consider donating to the “Prayer for the
Air” campaign to purchase a new unit. Our goal is $200,000.
To donate, please go online or give to our second collections
during the month of August.
2020 Friends of the Poor Walk
St. Vincent de Paul Food Mission will be hosting their annual
Friends of the Poor Walk/Run on Saturday, September 12,
2020. This year it will be virtual. You get to choose the time
for your virtual walk/run. Walk anywhere you want, around
your block or your neighborhood park. Tag your walk
pictures with #svdpmemphis. All registered and paid walkers
will receive a t-shirt with registration before Monday, August
24. $25 per walker with $50 family maximum fee. Shirts can
be picked up Friday, September 11 between 9am and noon.
All walk donations benefit the St. Vincent de Paul Food
Mission on 1306 Monroe, serving a hot lunch to 250 to 300
guests daily even during COVID-19. Register for this event at

2020 Caminata Amigos de los Pobres
St. Vincent de Paul Food Mission será el anfitrión de su
