WORDS OF APPRECIATION
FROM ST. MARY SCHOOL
School is now back in session and the students are
enjoying the new changes and updates to the school. A huge
thank you to Mr. Paul Stahl who so generously gave of his
time and talents to help give our technology lab a new and
improved look this summer. Many hours were spent making
the room wireless, putting on a fresh coat of paint, laying
new carpeting, and the installation of a new projector and
screen. We also add 30 new Chrome Books with a charging
cart. Our IT team could not have completed all of these
changes without Mr. Stahl’s help.
The Gym floor and walls also received a make-over this
summer. Thank you to Mr. Tim Jones for being in charge of
this task. Thank you to Mrs. Pam McGlade for assisting in
the painting and her son, Scott for cleaning the bleachers
after all the sanding took place on the floor. Thank you also
to Advanced Restoration for cleaning the carpet throughout
the building.
We also want to thank all the work that Mike Jurinic put
into getting the school ready for the children and staff.
Peace, Veronica Kinsey

GOOD NEWS! Something New
Did you “graduate” from RCIA one, two, five, or
possibly ten or more years ago, and are faced with the question, “Now what?”
Or did you go through CCD, REP, Faith
Formation, or whatever it was called when you were in school, and you’re now wondering
“what have I missed since then?”
Maybe you heard a teaching about the Church and thought “I didn’t know that.
What else don’t I know?”
Or perhaps you’re not Catholic and want to know what’s it all about?
Whatever your circumstances, if you want to understand the Catholic faith better and/or
strengthen your relationship with God, this is for you.
No books, no fees, no homework, and it’s just
twice a month.
Beginning Wednesday, September 16th, we will meet on the third and fourth Wednesdays of each
month in Conference Room B from 7-8:30pm.
Interested? Please call the office if you have questions and/or to RSVP for Beyond RCIA.

Birth of Mary: I will sing to the Lord, because he has dealt bountifully with me. (Psalm 13:6)
How wonderful that God, who is all powerful, would not condemn us in our sin, but would provide
a way of salvation! How wonderful, even more, that he would call a “lowly handmaid” -
The Blessed Virgin Mary – to participate in this plan. Today is a great feast because we recall how God’s plan to
share his glory with us took a decisive step toward completion.
Father, we praise you for your plan to make us like yourself! May we pray with your servant Mary, who said,
“Let it be to me according to your word.”
(Luke 1:38)
