Late registration is from Tuesday, May 15th through Sunday, May 27th and an additional

$20.00 will be added to the fees listed below for any late registrations. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Opportunity

Are you interested in a Catholic/Christian

Education opportunity for your child(ren)?

Through the generosity of the Horvath

Endowment Tuition Fund, tuition assistance is

available for those families that are challenged

in providing a Catholic education for their

children. The Michael S. and Martha A. Horvath

Endowment Tuition Fund was established by the

family of Martha A. Horvath in order to fulfill her

wishes to provide tuition assistance to families

who believe in Catholic education, but are facing

financial challenges.

We are reaching out to families that may have

considered St. Mary of the Assumption School as

an education option for their child(ren) or who

may have withdrawn from our school due to

financial circumstances.

If you are interested and would like your family

to be considered for tuition assistance, you will

need to complete and submit a short, confidential

tuition assistance application to Father Tom.

The Tuition Assistance application with

to provide quality Catholic/Christian education to

Registration for St. Mary of the Assumption 2018-2019 Parish School of Religion is taking place now! Registration forms are available in the parish office or online at www.stmarysmentor.org under Faith Formation/Parish School of Religion. Completed forms can be mailed or dropped off in the parish office. Classes take place in St. Mary’s School. Grades 1-5 meet on Saturday mornings from 9:00am-10:30am. Grades 6-8 meet on Thursday evenings from 7:00pm-8:00pm. Families with children beginning 1st grade this fall in the public schools or home schools should register those children for PSR in order for them to begin

preparing to receive First Reconciliation and First Communion in 2nd grade. Students registering for the first time must present a Baptismal Certificate if not baptized at St. Mary of the Assumption Church. Spring 2018 We are once again taking commemorative brick

orders to be placed in our beautiful Commemora-tive Walk in the Marian Courtyard for a Spring

2018 Installation.
