HOMEBOUND: For those confined at home, Extraordinary Ministers bring Holy Communion. If anyone is not on the regular list, please call the Rectory.
PARISH MEMBERSHIP: To be considered
active members of St. Margaret of Cortona and St. Gabriel Parish, each family and single adult must be properly registered and regularly use the weekly donation
envelopes for our parish. This is the only way the parish can issue documents attesting to parish membership and Catholic practice (e.g. A LETTER TO BE A
GODPARENT OR SPONSOR. Newly registered parishioners must be registered & use envelopes for at least 6
months before a Sponsor Letter can be issued.). New parishioners are requested to visit the parish office.
ENVELOPE SYSTEM: To assist us in keeping accurate records of your contributions, we request that you use the weekly envelope system. This enables us to verify your donations should it be necessary for tax purposes. Please notify the Rectory if you change your address.

Ocean City, MD.: October 16, 17, 18 & 19 St. Gabriel’s Leisure Club. ST. GABRIEL’S LEISURE CLUB is
planning a trip to the Renault Winery and Atlantic City on Wednesday, September 26th. It will include wine tasting and tour of the wine making facility plus a family style luncheon: fresh
garden salad, pickled beets, Italian bread, baked sesame chicken, Italian meatballs, pasta in marinara sauce and more. 4 hours in an Atlantic City Casino, with a Casino surprise is also
included. A $50 deposit is due by Thursday June 21st and the final payment of $30 by August 1st Only 45 seats are available!
FATHER’S DAY SPIRITUAL BOUQUET
CARDS Father’s Day is Sunday, June 17th. On that day, all Masses at St. Margaret’s will be offered for all of
our fathers, living and dead. For those who would like them, Father’s Day Spiritual Bouquet Cards are available in the vestibule of St. Margaret’s Church. Names which are returned to us, (leave them in the Rectory or place them in the collection basket), will be placed on St. Joseph’s Altar for Father’s Day and
remain there for the month of June.
ST. MARGARET’S LEISURE CLUB will have its Spring Luncheon at the Riverview in Hasting on Hudson on Friday, June 8th. The bus will leave at 11:30 AM. Please be at St. Margaret’s Church by 11:15 AM.
B O T T I O P E R A SHOWCASE presents a FREE CONCERT of favorite arias and duets at
St Margaret’s Church next Sunday, June 10th at 2 pm. All are welcome.
Don’t forget “ZITI FRIDAY” is always the second Friday of the month. Our next “ZITI FRIDAY” is June 8th. We can always use more baked ziti to feed our neighbors. A simple recipe and pans can be picked up at Saint Gabriel’s Rectory, 718-548-4470.
