Weekly Re!lection DAILY MASS

What are the things you do every day? Everyone of us has some kind of list…

And when it comes to making it to the Olympics, to being an excellent musi-

cian, to speaking in a language fluently...we all know that "practice makes

perfect".

How about heaven? In order to get there we need daily practice… every day

on the altar of the Catholic Church heaven touches down… And we have the

amazing access to the King of Kings and Lord of lords. Not that anyone of us

can earn heaven.. Or get there by ourselves… But we can say yes to the divine

Lover who proposes to us every day his spousal love.

The main trouble in the world is that people don't know Jesus personally and

intimately in the Eucharist. Daily Mass is a daily encounter with the very body,

blood, soul and divinity. When we let Jesus form us in our participation at

Mass, we see with new eyes what life is really all about: loving and being

loved like Jesus--which means sacrifice and mercy. …...continued on page 2.
