MASS TIME CHANGES AND CAPACITY
As per the announcement made by Premier Jason Kenney on May 26th, capacity of 15% (or 60
people) is now allowed at all Masses.
Now that the capacity has increased again, our Saturday 3PM Masses have been cancelled
effective immediately.
However, Fr. Eli will continue to celebrate the 8:30am Mass on Sundays until restrictions ease further and to allow more parishioners the oppor-tunity to attend Mass in person. Pre-registration is still required for our weekend Masses. Now that more parishioners can attend, the parish office will no longer be overseeing the attendance at our weekend Masses. Check often for openings online if the Mass you wish to attend is full.
IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND A MASS THAT YOU HAVE REGISTERED FOR, PLEASE LET THE PARISH KNOW PRIOR TO 9AM FRIDAYS SO THAT YOUR NAME CAN BE REMOVED AND
OTHERS CAN TAKE YOUR PLACE. Please check your emails and our website regularly for changes to our Mass schedule and Mass attendance as they are frequently changing. Weekday Masses will continue to be on a first come-first serve basis.
VOLUNTEERS, VOLUNTEERS, VOLUNTEERS!!!
Lectors and Extra-ordinary Ministers of Communion are needed for all Masses.
PLEASE CONTACT THE OFFICE TO VOLUNTEER!

Congratulations, Fr. Eli! This weekend, Fr. Eli celebrates the 21st anniversary of his priesthood. Fr. Eli was ordained on May 29th, 2000 in the Philip-pines. His first assignment in the Diocese of Calgary was at St Augustine’s Parish in Taber and St Joseph’s Church in Vauxhall, May God bless him for his years of ministry and for his dedication and service to the faithful. Thank you, Fr. Eli.
HELLO! HOPE YOU ARE WELL!
Over the next few weeks, those on our parish lists will be receiving a letter from Fr Eli and will also be receiving a call from some wonderful volunteers. During this time when we’ve been away from each other for so long, it’s time just to say hello, update our files, and see how you are doing. Thank you to our volunteers!
Communications Committee Would you be interested in volunteering a couple of hours of your time every couple of months in making check-in phone calls to your fellow parishioners? A Communications Committee has been set up at the church and we are currently making these calls. The callers and the volunteers making the calls have been happy to connect. If you are interested, please call the office for more
TRINITY SUNDAY
God is with us; who are we accompanying? On Trinity Sunday, we often hear homilies about the
theological mystery of the Trinity, but this year, perhaps we could focus on the theological miracle: that
the three persons of God have promised to be with us to the end of time. We have been promised that
the Triune God will never leave us. Just as Jesus came to earth to reveal this to us, we are asked to be
ambassadors of this kind of love in the world. Who knows God’s constant presence because you show
up for them consistently? Your family and friends? Your community and neighbours? What about the
sick and the suffering, the neglected and needy, the addicted and the poor? How are we bearing witness
to the Triune God’s constant and faithful presence as an act of faith in the Blessed Trinity? May others
know God’s enduring love because we have borne witness to it so well (excerpt from the National
Pastoral Initiative for Life and the Family, May 2021).
