NEW BEGINNINGS MINISTRY
This weekend will be the last one
in which parishioners can donate
ball caps for fathers in need for
our Father’s Day project. We
thank all of you for your
generosity! We are currently
running low on some
supplies: toilet paper, deodorant, toothpaste, adult
toothbrushes, lo!on, shampoo, and !ssue packets..
Fruit cups, tuna packets, spaghe; and meatballs,
ravioli, and finger food desserts are needed as
well. We have helped two people with hotel rent
and one person with a cell phone bill. Cell phones
are a life line for those in need and especially for
those without a vehicle; they are a connec!on to
resources and job applica!ons/interviews. They are
not frivolous toys but important tools for people in
need. Because her bill was paid, the lady we were
helping was able to land two job
interviews! Hopefully, she will be hired by one of
the companies. Thank you, parishioners, for helping
her by dona!ng to this ministry!
An Expression of Gra#tude
St. Vincent de Paul would like to
thank the parishioners for all of
their help and contribu!ons
throughout the year. With your
assistance, we have been able to
help keep people in their homes, keep the lights
on, heat up the house and place food on the table.
We will be providing coffee, tea, juice, pastries
and other items as a show of our apprecia!on
a"er all Masses during the weekend of June 2 and
3. Please join us!
Archbishop Gregory, Bishop Shlesinger, and
Bishop Konzen invite you to join them at this
year’s Eucharis!c Congress, June 1-2 at the
Georgia Interna!onal Conven!on Center. This
year’s event features a Middle School track,
dynamic speakers and lots of opportuni!es for
spiritual enrichment, including Eucharis!c
Adora!on and Confession. Be energized by
music, inspired by dynamic speakers and
fellowship with other Catholics around the
archdiocese! Our own St. James Music
Ministry has been asked to provide the music
for Saturday, June 2nd beginning at 8:30am
Come, support our music team! For more

understanding. As with every ministry, it only works if
volunteers come forward to help make it happen. If you
are interested in serving the children of our parish by
sharing the joy of God's love for them through this
ministry please contact Eric Bridwell at 770-957-5441

Through its liturgical music, the choir
