• GSLs/ Unit Leaders to brief their groups in advance• Salute will be taken by the District Commissioner• Two Scouters will act as markers• At the first marker GSLs should give the command

“Xxxxxx Group Eyes Left”• All members of Group should look to left and Leaders should also salute• At the second marker GSLs should give the command “Eyes Front”

• Collection will be taken in aid of Mayor’s charities to be collected by GSLs and handed in at end of service• During the last Hymn at the end of Service the Union Flag, St George’s Flag and Mace to be collected from Bandstand• In the event of wet weather the Service will go ahead but wet weather gear will be allowed• Service will end at approx 15.45
