Christian Meditation While our emphasis is learning to be still, si-lently centering ourselves in prayer, the hard part is "Kenosis". Kenosis is letting go/self emptying. Letting go of distractions that thwart our efforts of being "Present". During our dis-

cussion time we will begin to dig into Matthew Kelly's book given to us before Christmas. All are invited to join us as we discover together precepts to let go of image and ego. Friday mornings from 9-10 in the Parish Office Prayer Room. If you'd like more info, please call Bobbie Bell, 410 829 9834.
