towards the Diocesan costs of: Clergy Stipends,

Buildings, maintenance, Insurance Supporting Ministry,
Clergy conference, Director of Ordinands, pastoral Assistants, Lay Readers, ministerial Education, School for Ministry, Child Protection Scheme, Leading Your Church into Growth Courses, Certificate in Youth Ministry, Shaped by God.
Resourcing Ministry, Rural Ministry, Area Deans, Archdeacons.
Central Costs, Finance, legal, Communications, DAC, IT, Property Management.
