By Cheryl Zoucha, Principal St. Bonaventure Elementary School has been in existence for nearly 70 years. Throughout all those years, so many families have given of their time, talent, and treasure to make our school what it is today. Over the years, many people have believed in and supported the mission of our school. It is only through the generosity of people that we even exist, as we do not get any government funding as public schools do. I know that everything we use in our school, right down to the pens we write with, are possible because of our Catholic school supporters. What a gift! I thank each and every one of you for all you do to support our Catholic school! As we continue to move ahead, I am asking that you continue to support our Catholic schools. One easy way to do this is through our scrip program. Even though we are making progress each year, I truly believe we are not reaching our potential with the scrip program. If you are not purchasing scrip for at least your groceries and gas, I am asking you to please consider doing so. The potential for this program is fantastic – but only if we can get everyone on board! Two truths about this program cannot be emphasized enough: 1. You are not spending any more than what you would normally spend on every day items. 2. This is a tuition assistance program. Once you have earned the first $100 for the school, you receive half of all the rebates after that point. This rebate can be applied to your tuition. If you are not a regular scrip buyer, I am asking that you join us in being one. It is vital that we as Catholic school parents do all we can to support our Catholic schools so that we can keep tuition costs at a reasonable level, and, at the same time, be able to provide the resources necessary to give our children the best education possible. Thank you again for all you do to support our school!

St. Bonaventure Elementary School has been in existence for nearly 70 years. Throughout all those years, so many families have given of their time, talent, and treasure to make our school what it is today. Over the years, many people have believed in and supported the mission of our school.
