YOUR BIB• Come and pick up your bib from the Village of the

Harmonie Mutuelle Semi de Paris and get to know our exhibitors and partners on Friday, February 28, from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, or on Saturday, February 29, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

• NEW location: Grande Halle de La Villette.

• AccessPorte de Pantin - Subway Porte de la Villette - Subway Porte de Pantin - Tram

ON D-DAY• Check the weather forecast and wear suitable

clothing (hat, gloves, windbreaker…).

• Hang your bib on the front of your t-shirt with four safety pins and put your “left luggage” label inside your personal bag, if you have one.

• Remember to take some anti-friction cream and two bandages for your nipples, if needed.

• Your metro ticket for the return trip: buy it in advance to avoid queues on D-Day!

ACCESSThe area around the Bibliothèque Nationale de France (BNF) and the Gare d’Austerlitz will be closed to traffic throughout Sunday morning.Think positive, no stress and be environmentally friendly! Use public transportation to get to the start of the Harmonie Mutuelle Semi de Paris, if you can.• Gare d’Austerlitz - Subway and RER C

Pay attention• Your left-luggage box is determined

by the LAST number of your bib.

• The row within the box where you can leave your bag is defined by the SECOND-TO-LAST number of your bib.

E.g.: bib 23 4191 - Go to box 92 - Drop off your bag in row 1• Take enough time to get to the left luggage

service without stress.

• Attach your “left luggage” label to your bag.

• Do not leave precious objects in this bag.

REMINDER• Please respect your assigned

colour to guarantee a smooth race.

• Access to the staging area will be at the back or side, so please check the start map to access your staging area. Our Friends (volunteers) will welcome you and direct you to your start area, from the rear.

• Find your pacemaker, with the coloured flag: he will pace you throughout the race.

• The Preferential, Red and Yellow areas close at 8:55am.

We will collect the “abandoned” clothes in the sas for an association, thus favors an old sweatshirt to your usual plastic bag.

THE + Refreshments: Stations at km 6 - 11 - 16.5 and finish (water, dried and fresh fruits, lumps of sugar, cookies, chocolate bars, gingerbread, Overstims fruit paste, bretzels). Toilets are available on the Esplanade of the Château de Vincennes on the start and finish area and on each food and drink station.

Be environmentally friendly. Throw your plastic bottles into special containers. The “Les Connections” association will help you to locate them.

Entertainments and support Musicians will be present throughout the route to support all our runners! Come and join them with your family and friends!
