TERMS• All rates are net.
• 50% payment due upon contract, balance due on publication until credit is established.
• Advertisers will be short-rated for unfullled contractagreements.
• Cancellations–THERE ARE No CANCELLATioNS. Ad space will be lled, at Publisher’s option, with copydeemed suitable by the Publisher and billed in the usualmanner once space deadline has passed.
oPTioNAL CHARGES• Covers 2, 3, & 4 are 33% additional.• Any guaranteed non-cover positions are 20% additional.
PHoToGRAPHY CHARGES• Photo shoots (up to 4 hours): $150–rst hour; $95 each
additional hour. Includes photographer’s travel time.
• In-House: $150 at fee, maximum 8 products.For more information ask your Account Manager.
diGiTAL SUBMiSSioN• Email submission is preferred on les smaller than
5MB [email protected]. • FTP transfers - please contact our Production Manager
(410.486.4988 x106) for password informationand instructions.
ACCEPTABLE FiLE FoRMATS• ACROBAT PDF 9.0 or lower - must be saved at
the highest quality (press quality) and Must havefonts embedded.
• PHOTOSHOP CS5 or lower - must be in CMYK color mode.
• ILLUSTRATOR CS5 or lower - create outlines of type andinclude any linked les in Illustrator vector les.
iMAGES• Halftone images must be at least 300 dpi. We do not
guarantee quality results on images submitted at lowerresolutions.
• Bitmap image les must be at least 600 dpi.• All fonts must be embedded in the PDF or outlined
n Illustrator.
• Copy should be set in 100% black for camera ready art.
• RGB and Pantone colors will be converted to CMYK.
• MATCHEd CoLoR iS NoT GUARANTEEd.
