€onridering the poliey of Sase of Doing Burinem, it has been deeided to famulbreprocedure, checklist and timelines to SPAs for granting approvals during Pre-Construetion
and Post-Construction period.
ln the view of thls, MIDC has decided to issue guidelines to all SPAs regarding the
paxarneters to be checked during on-site inspection and the time limit for granting approvals
after carrying out inspection. The procesq of granting approvals for the development of
industries in MIDC areas is broadly divided in two stages viz. Pre-Construction approvals
and Post-Construction approvals. Accordingly, the procedure, checklist and timelines to be
followcd at both the etoges of approvals ere enalored herewith.

Permission services on MIDC portal to get user ID and password'

With reference to the Ease of Doing Business policy, it has been decided to formulateprocedure, checklist and timelines to SPA's for doing site inspection at the time of obtainingoccupancy certificateduring Post-Construction phase.

In the view of this, steps to follow for site inspection are as follows;

Step 1: Applieant is required to give a written notice to MIDC regarding completion
sf the devplopmcnt in Form No. I enelosed itr MIDC DCR, 2009, duly signed
by the Registered Arehiteet and is subrnitted to eoneerned SPA.
Step 2l a) For plots upto 5000 sq.m. and building heigiit upto 15 m, Flre NOe is
issued.by SPA rvfuerever Fire oifieer is nrrt appeinted, This is also applicable
for low hazard industries (as per lvllEC circular no. e0l 690 clated 29106/20 i 6),
b) For plots above 5000 sq,m, and where proposed height of the building is
absve 15 m, Finci Fire NOC will be issued within ? days of submission
application. This is applicable to all high risk eategory industries (as per MIDC
circular no. C01690 dated29/0612016) and all commercial plots.
The architecVapplicant has to submit all mandatory documenrs along with the
as-built plans,
