Sensei Murakami came for the first time in Belgrade in 1964 when he still practice
shotokan style.
In 1971 he made his first shotokai’s workshop in Belgrade.
After 1973 the direction of shotokai group in Belgrade is taking by Borko
Jovanovic.
In 1977 Borko Jovanovic goes in USA so the shotokais group it’s instrusted to Safet
Ganibegovic who until today continue with his students to keep in life the
shotokai of Sensei Tetsuji Murakami in Belgrade
