It has the highest outdoor observation deck
It used 82,000 panels of glass and the equivalent of five A380 airplanes of aluminium .

It is an art gallery, movie cinema and a library.
It was opened in 1977,and at that time there were 25,000 visitors per day.

The architect was Frank O` Gehry. Some people think it looks like bits of
metal smashed together in a train crash. The art museum is famous because of it
architecture.
