HISTORICAL PLACEHANGING COFFIN: The Igorots are an indigenous tribe living in Sagada, Luzon Island, Philippines. The Igorots practise unique funerary customs, in which the dead are buried in coffins which are tied or nailed to the side of cliffs. It is claimed that this practice is over 2000 years old, although nobody seems to know whether there are any coffins that are actually that old.

HISTORICAL PLACEBANAUE RICE TERRACES: The Banaue Rice Terraces (Filipino: Hagdan-hagdang Palayan ng Banawe) are 2,000-year-old terraces that were carved into the mountains of Ifugao in the Philippines by ancestors of the indigenous people. The Rice Terraces are commonly referred to by Filipinos as the "Eighth Wonder of the World". It is commonly thought that the terraces were built with minimal equipment, largely by hand. The terraces are located approximately 1500 metres (5000 ft) above sea level. They are fed by an ancient irrigation system from the rainforests above the terraces. It is said that if the steps were put end to end, it would encircle half the globe.

ADVENTUREVIGAN CITY FIESTA/LONGGANISA FESTIVAL - The Biguenos celebrate Longganisa Festival every January 22 in accordance to the city-hood of Vigan. With a colorful street dancing competition along the Calle Crisologo, this festival features one of city's products, the very well-known Vigan Longganisa. On the 25th, Vigan celebrates its town fiesta in honor to its patron saint, Saint Paul.

ADVENTURESEMANA SANTA - St. Pauls Metropolitan Cathedral is the venue of religious rites during the Holy Week. The Good Friday procession features decorated carrozas bearing life-size statues of Spanish vintage. On Easter Sunday, the dawn celebration depicting the Resurrection of Christ, called "Sabet", is a scene to behold.

HISTORICAL PLACECAMGUIN ISLAND: It is said to be "Born of Fire". Hibok-hibok. Volcanic eruptions and land movements have created this spectacular island full of natural wonders and historical riches.

HISTORICAL PLACEMISAMIS OCCIDENTAL, FORT SANTIAGO: The name "Misamis" is believed to have been derived from the Subanen word "Kuyamis" which is a variety of coconut, the staple food of the early settlers. During the years the name persisted as an inference of the geographical location, and upon the advent of the Spanish settlers, the word "kuyamis" easily gave way to the more convenient pronounceable but corrupted word "Misamis". historical placeAKLAN: Kalantiaw Shrine - The Kalantiaw Shrine is located at Batan, it was once the seat of of Rajah Bendahara Kalantiaw promulgator of the famous Code of Kalantiaw. The Philippine Historical and Cultural Society built the Kalantiaw Shrine in 1957 on a location where a school building once stood. Kalantiaw Shrine is a museum dedicated to preserve Aklan's rich cultural and historical past. It exhibits a pictorial history from the pre-Hispanic period to the contemporary era. It is also built in honor of Rajah Bendahara Kalantiaw, the first known Filipino lawgiver and the promulgator of the famous Code of Kalantiaw. A display of the original manuscript of the Code can be found in the museum.

historical placeILOILO: Fort San Pedro - Fuerza de San Pedro is a military defence structure, built by Spanish and indigenous Cebuano labourers under the command of Spanish conquistador, Miguel Lpez de Legazpi and the Spanish Government in Cebu. It is located in the area now called Plaza Indepedencia, in the Pier Area of Cebu City, Philippines. historical placeAmerican War Cemetery and Memorial: The Manila American Cemetery and Memorial is located in Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila, within the boundaries of the former Fort William McKinley. It can be reached most easily from the city by taxi or automobile via Epifano de los Santos Ave. (EDSA) to McKinley Road, then to McKinley Parkway inside the Bonifacio Global City. The Nichols Field Road is the easiest access from Manila International Airport to the cemetery.

historical placeThe People Power Monument: is a sculpture of towering people commemorating the People Power Revolution of 1986 located on the corner of Epifanio de los Santos Avenue or EDSA and White Plains Avenue in Barangay Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City.[1] It was made by Eduardo Castrillo in 1993. It is about 0.89 kilometers from the EDSA Shrine, another monument built to commemorate the event.[2]
