Jabil Circuits India Pvt. Ltd., Electronic SMT PlantJabil Circuits Is An American Company with Plants In USA, Malaysia and China.

Jabil Circuits India Pvt. Ltd. Worldwide is in the business of making printed circuit boards for a

variety sofisticated application for clients like LG, Philips, G. E. Etc.

This is their first plant in India designed as per their international standards. The processs

requirement for printed circuit board manufacture with SMT technology is total dust free

atmosphere and controlled tempreture and humidity.

Strict tempreture control is required for SMT pick and place machines to operate. Humidity

control is required to ensure soldring quality and prevent corroseon of connectors.

The entire plant is air conditioned with Galvalume sheet roof and Aluminium laminated

underdeck insulation. The entire manufacturing and warehousing area has about 4.MM thick

conductive Epoxy flooring to dissipate static charges . Special conductive shoes have to be

worn in the manufacturing SMT area.

An overhead structural grid at 3.60M carries all the services like supply & return AC ducting,

electrical bus bars, fire sprinkler system, pneumatic and water pipeline, data cabling etc.

This will be the first manufacturing facility in India built as per Factory Mutual stringent

international Standards of safety and quality.

MAGPLASTIC ASIA PVT. LTD.

This is a Multi National Company manufacturing of Pet Bottle Machines. They have

made this factory as main base to cater for South Asian Market. The entire facility was

designed for dust free conditions. The manufacturing area is north light structure with

10.00M. tie level and crane of 25.00 MT for handling of Finished Machines. Flooring

is done in tremix method for smoothness and strength. Since this is assembly, the area

is ventilated with positive pressure and evaporatively cooled. The Office in front is on

two floors and is air conditioned. The Utilities are located near North West corner

leaving space for further expansion of Production Area. Total area of Factory is

approximately 5,825.00 SM. The electrical load is 500 KVA and D. G. Set of 180.

KVA for the back-up.

The total civil cost of Main Plant including Utility Area and Development is

Rs.2,50,00,000=00

The total cost of Electrical system including Sub-station, Transformer,

Panels etc. is Rs. 40,00,000=00 and HVAC system is Rs. 15,00,000=00.

ADVANSYS INDIA PVT. LTD.

The Greenfield and elite project at village Mann, Taluka Mulshi, District Pune

was designed as a plant producing modern health equipment’. It is cent

percent export oriented unit owned by Mr. Balwani. The unit is located about

20 kilometers away from Pune in a scenic beauty and well connected by good

roads to major industrial hub near the upcoming Hinjewadi Software

Technology Park, Pune.

The Main plant is 110.00M X 104.00M located at Western half of plot with

basement of 110M X 24M width. The entire facility is design as a dust free

condition with evaporative cooling system. The Utility Building is located right

behind the main plant. 25M X 25M Air conditioned Administration Building is

situated at North-East corner. Temperature difference of 6 -7 C. below the

ambient temperature in plant is achieved by this method. The total electrical

load is 500 KVA with adequate D. G. Set backup.

The total cost of Civil work including Main Plant, Utility Area, Administrative

Building and Development is approximately Rs. 8,00,00,000=00. Electrical

system including substation, transformer, genset, panels etc. was

approximately Rs.80,00,000=00. Evaporative cooling system and Air

conditioning system cost was Rs. 30,00,000=00.

The green field project at village Mann Tal. Mulshi, Dist. Pune was designed as a

modern facility for the manufacture of high end power supplies for

Telecommunication equipment. The entire facility was designed as dust free

conditions partially with Evaporatively cooled production area and air conditioned

office. The total built up area is approximately 2,800.00 SM. Since the production

is of electronic equipment Antistatic conductive flooring of required grade is

provided in manufacturing area. The utilities are provided at the rear end. The total

Electrical load was 315 KVA 180 KVA D. G. Set was provided for back-up.

The total cost of Civil work including Main Plant, Utility Area and Development was

approximately Rs. 2,50,00,000=00.

The total cost of Electrical System including substation Transformer Genset panels

etc. was approximately Rs. 36,00,000=00. The Evaporative Cooling System’s cost

was Rs. 11,00,000=00

ASSOCIATED CAPSULES PVT. LTD.

The Greenfield project at Shirval was proposed as a State-of-the-Art facilityfor the manufacture of PVDC coated film, and Hard Gelatin Capsules. Asboth are Pharma grade products, the entire facility was designed for Clean-room conditions, conforming to FDA GMP standards. The total built-up areais 13,500 SM. Part of the plant has got Evaporative cooling and the rest isAir Conditioned, with 5micron filtration. All the utilities are concealed as theworking areas need to be dust free. Care is taken to ensure easymaintenance. The total electrical load requirement was 2x1600KVATransformers and 2x1250 Gensets. The entire system including distributionwas designed by us.

The total cost of civil work including Main plant, Utility areas, ETP, GSR,and development was approximately Rs 5,00,00,000.00The total cost of theelectrical system including sub-station, Transformer, Gensets HT and LTpanels, cabling etc. was approximately Rs. 3,20,00,000.00.

Project Completion Date: March 1997.

After commencement of the plant, many small and major modifications werecarried out to increase the production. Presently we are working on increaseof Warehouse facilities and upgrading utilities. The total Civil cost of thiswork is approximately Rs.75,00,000=00 35
