• Open to ALL CIMB employees except personnel of CIMB PROPERTY MART. • Open ONLY to CIMB employees who are the referrers and/or purchasers, either referring and/or purchasing Auctioned-off (AO) or Sub-sales properties. • Incentive payout is subject to the successful referred bidders / purchasers signing the Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) or the Contract of Sale (COS). • To be eligible for the Grand Prize of a particular phase for each category, employees shall maintain a cumulative sold properties score for a period of twelve (12) months. • Shortlisted Grand Prize winner(s) will be notified at the end of each phase. Campaign phase: 1/7/2011 - 30/6/2012. • Rewards will only be disbursed upon purchaser(s) signing memorandum of contract and remitting full deposit sum and which includes the amount difference between the successful bidding price and reserve price. • CIMB PROPERTY MART reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions of the programme.
