Objectives

• To provide a platform where devotees can understand what is meditation is and its benefits

• To provide a platform where devotees can understand the most effective types of meditation instructed by Bhagawan

• To give an opportunity for individuals to practice and experience the Ananda (bliss)

Content

1. Introductory talk to clearly and concisely help the devotee to understand why they should meditate.

2. The second part the devotee can be taken through the techniques ensuring the devotee fully understands how to perform each technique, followed by a short try of each.

3. During the last phase devotees should be given an opportunity to practice by themselves with the Guru available for any other questions.

Summary

• The last phase would be to come together and Summarise from Swami’s discourse

Conclusion • The day should leave the participant with an

understanding of which meditation they suit , how to perform it correctly and the drive to carry on
