With a 1/4 share, you get access to your aircraft for the hours that you need. Purchase the package that is right for you. The plane is ready to go when you are. Most of us fly about 100 -120 hours a year. When you include all your fixed costs and maintenance reserves, your traditional hourly rate could soar. With Shared Ownership, you get the amount of plane you actually use. That is about a 1/4 for most of us! If you fly weekends or the weekdays and less than 150 per year - then you are ideally suited to share your plane with partners.

Rather than pay the entire insurance premium, annual inspection, routine maintenance, hangar, cleaning, etc, you can fly your 120 hours and have someone else pay 3/4 of your expenses and manage all the details of airplane ownership.

Many of us will only use a plane for less than 5 years. To make your next plane easy to get into, EvolveAir will buy back your 1/4 share of the then fair market value less 20% with 90 days notice. EvolveAir will buy back one share per any 180 day period.

Share Partners will share a web based scheduling system and each partner will know if the plane is grounded and unable to return for the next partner’s access.

The aircraft manager, EvolveAir, will manage the scheduling, maintenance, database updates, cleaning, etc to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for each partner.

• Aircraft Flexibility - As the fleet increases, you will have access to the correct aircraft for your mission. If you need a fast plane, fly the jet. If you need to take more people, fly the turboprop. If you need to take a short trip, fly the piston. Never waste money on a flight that does not fit your needs.

• Maintenance - all maintenance is handled with a focus on ensuring maximum safety. All inspections will all be managed freeing up our customers from worrying about the adhering to rigorous maintenance standards.

• Financial Protection - Individual LLCs could be formed for each independent share purchaser providing an extra layer of liability protection. You are protected.

• Accounting - An accounting firm with expertise in all aviation tax and financial matters will handle the fiscal and tax related issues. Appropriate tax and financial reports will be generated and sent to individual owners for quick and easy aircraft tax reporting matters.

• Scheduling - A simple to use web based scheduling system will provide owners a reliable way to schedule flights and to confirm aircraft availability. Conflicts or special requests will be possible via a quick phone call to our client services coordinator.

• Pilot Currency - All pilots will be able to maintain and monitor aircraft and FAA currency using our web-based tracking system. Alerts will automatically be sent to all involved owners with ample time to rectify lapsing requirements.

• Training - Shared owners will have the opportunity to utilize the varied selection of aircraft in the fleet for initial pilot training, more advanced instrument training, or for expanding their piloting skills to include, commercial, multi-engine, turboprop, and even jet type ratings.

• Whole or Shared - You can have your entire aircraft managed and have all hassles of aircraft ownership handled or be a shared aircraft owner and know that you don’t have to worry about what your other aircraft partners are doing with the aircraft because it will always be well taken care of. When you are ready to move on to another aircraft, we will make the transition quick and easy. The concept is to enjoy a plane for all the reasons you love aviation but avoid the challenges that most of us do not love.
