Hoops…

Early in the week, our Lady Knights escaped Sequoyah’s War Lodge with a 54-48 win over the She-

Chiefs. Savannah Samuels led all scorers with 30, 23 of those coming after halftime. The win was a

total team effort with excellent defense and rebounding coming from all parts of the team. Lady

Knights were back in action for Senior Knight at home vs Allatoona Friday. The Lady Knights coast-

ed to a 57-30 win on Senior Knight at The Ridge. Senior Faith Arthur, led the way with 20 points. Sa-

vannah Samuels added 17.

Our boys keep fighting and came up 1 point short in a big rivalry game Saturday night against Se-quoyah. You have a chance Wednesday to come out and see both our teams.

We Have Great Kids…Not only did we get to enjoy a couple of Senior Nights, but we had

our Athlete of the Month breakfast and two more college signees!

Congratulations to Branson Bowling and Natalie Waldo for signing with Chattanooga St for baseball

and Sweet Briar College for swimming. We are proud of both of you.

Congratulations to our Athletes of the Month. I always enjoy listening to their advice and ideas to help our pro-

gram.
