ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: The following are intended to be examples of the accountabilities for which the person in this position is responsible. This position description is not intended to be complete or all-inclusive and does not preclude management from assigning other or related functions if such functions are a logical assignment for the position. Leads the proposal process, managing all aspects of that proposal as well as providing overall quality assurance o final product. Thoroughly reviews RFP/RFI/RFQs to kick off GO-NOGO process, develop proposal response outline, decipher and analyze client requirements, identify and assemble appropriate corporate, subsidiary, or partner resources to strategically decide on the best response; Participates with project manager in the selection and recommendation of appropriate projects and personnel to be included in proposal, according to the request for proposal (RFP); Content Creation: Develops, collaborates and investigates to create technical and business development content. Including presentation and Interview content Maintains and updates Client Relationship Management (CRM) database; Compiles materials for submittals and proposals, ensuring that client's requirements are fully met, including conducting search for appropriate materials, such as related project descriptions and resumes of project personnel; Manages and maintains proposal, resume, and project experience libraries on egafcon. Works with graphic designers to ensure that any required graphic arts materials, such as covers, layout sheets, photographs, organization charts, etc., are produced to specifications and are ready to be included in submittals; Work with corporate and marketing team to execute initiatives and campaigns to include content, graphic, communication and events planning. Assist in event planning and execution. Develop marketing strategies to execute business objectives in conjunction with leadership team, and other duties as required. SECONDARY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Participates in kick-off meetings, detailing the opportunity, proposal process, roles and responsibilities, sets project timelines and collaborates with team to develop compelling response consistent with corporate brand messaging; Participates in business development meetings; and Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: The individual in this position has no direct reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’sin Business,Market ing,Engl ish ,Communicat ions,Journal ismis required.An equivalentcombinationofeducationandexperiencemaybesubstituted;

• Aminimumof 4 years ofmarketing experience in communicating various construction/projectmanagement services, performance contracts, engineering, or technical solutions to top-levelmanagement;

• Strongprojectmanagementskills.Meetprojectdeadlinesandorganizecomplexmaterial,deliveringsolidprojectresults.Maintainastrongsenseoffocusandconfidenceundertightdeadlinesandvaryingworkloadswhileworkingindependently

• Knowledgeofindustryishighlydesired• Must consistently demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills, as well as

excellentinterpersonalskills;• Followsthroughontaskstocompletionandasksquestionswhennecessary;• Mustpossessstrongorganizationalskills,andahighattentiontodetail;• Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including
