DESCRIPTION
We have heard about how developers use Sprints as an agile tool to get code shipped. How about using a similar concept for innovating on an idea? Ideas are abundant and many times teams struggle to figure out which ideas to pursue. Design Sprints use a design-thinking-like process to understand which ideas are worth moving to the next steps. In this interactive workshop you'll learn: How to research an idea's merit from a customer's perspective How to gain insights from that data (and how different the data may be from what you might expect) Modifying, evolving or killing an idea based on that research, prototyping and feedback
