The Springfield has vast experience of

organising Weddings and has a Full Civil

Marriage License, along with a full range of

formal and informal menus.

As this is the most important day of your life we believe in giving friendly service from

the moment you arrive. The day will be tailored to your needs and requests.

Wedding receptions are held in in the Cabaret Room or Delfryn Restaurant, both rooms

having been recently refurbished to the highest standard. The Cabaret Room seats from

60 to 380 guests in air-conditioned comfort and is one of the largest banqueting suites

in north Wales. With in-built, professional quality sound and light systems, purpose

built staging and large bars the Cabaret Room is a fabulous venue for a large party to

celebrate your wedding. The Delfryn Restaurant is a warm, comfortable and intimate

room for smaller parties of up to 70 guests.

Both the Delfryn Restaurant and Cabaret Room are licensed for Civil Marriages at no

extra charge! So our experienced

team can look after you from start to

finish of your special day. And don’t

forget the Springfield offers great

rates for your guests to stay over and

use our facilities including an indoor

heated swimming pool and sauna.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Fo r Yo u r S p e c i a l D a y = Provisional bookings can be held by the

Hotel for 14 days. After that period your

booking will be released should a deposit

not have been received. Should another

client request that date during the 14 day

period we will contact you.

= A confirmation in writing and a deposit

of £250 (for parties under 100 day or

evening) or £500 (for parties over 100 day

or evening) is required to secure your

booking. You will be asked to confirm

your chosen Reception room at this

stage, subject to availability. Deposits are

non-refundable and non-transferable.

= A quotation for your wedding will be

provided 8 weeks prior to the date of

your wedding, 90% of the estimated

quotation is required at this time. Please

make an appointment to see your

Wedding Coordinator as alterations to

the estimated quotation can now be

made. We reserve the right to change

your reception room if guest numbers

alter significantly.

= 2 weeks prior to the wedding date the

Hotel requires the final numbers and all

other arrangements to be confirmed.

The outstanding balance is now payable,

and alterations to numbers or

arrangements within the final 2 weeks are

at the Hotel Manager’s discretion. No

refunds to payments received can be

given. Should the outstanding balance

not be paid promptly the Hotel reserves

the right to cancel the booking.

= The Springfield reserves the right to

cancel any bookings forthwith and

without any liability on its part in the

event of damage to the Hotel by fire or

for any other reason or cause beyond the

control of the Hotel which shall prevent

it from performing it’s obligations in

connection with any other booking.

= The customer shall be responsible for

the safe and orderly conduct of the

event and shall have regard to any

regulation imposed by the competent

authority, and shall ensure that nothing

shall be done which will constitute a

breach of the law or in any way cause a

nuisance or be an infringement of or

occasion or render possible forbearance

of the license for the sale of liquor or for

the music, dancing or other permission

attaching hired premises. In particular

the customer shall fully indemnify the

Springfield Hotel against claim, loss or

damage arising as a result or breach of

the clause.

= Please note that bars will shut at 12

midnight with the exception of the

Residents Bar which will serve Hotel

residents until 2.30am if required.

= Prices within the Wedding Brochure are

subject to change without prior notice.

= Due to the Hotel license, music cannot

be played after 12 midnight.
