Spring steels
What do springs, washers, axial bearings, fasteners, handsaws,
clutches, seatbelt catches and seatbelt
uckles have in common? All these products are manufactured from
cold strips of spring steel that have
een specially tailored for each specific application, taking
into account the demands of both geometrynd structure. Thus, in one
case, the emphasis may be on ease of formability, while ensuring
the optimal
tructural parameters for tempering. In other cases, the emphasis
is on tool life and/or surface finish. All
hese properties can be guaranteed only by using the best
materials combined with the best cold-rolling
now-how available.
Tempered martensitic and bainitic steels on request, with
decarburised surfaces offer our customers
wide range of applications and allow us to use the ideal
material for each application. Tempered
teels, for example, offer the option of various colours, as well
as brushed, ground or even polished
urfaces. In the truest sense of the word, the machined edges
round out the picture.

Springs, washers, axial bearings, fixing elements, handsaws,
clutches, belt taps, safety belt lock parts.
