That after a careful inspection of the Acts of Parliament
bearing on the subject we are of opinion that the office of County
Inspector of Weights and Measures is contemplated by the Statute,
and we re-commend that such an officer be appointeJ at a yearly
salary of 70 and that in .future ~e be req_uired to make a report
to the Grand Jury at each Sprmg Assizes, settmg forth the several
times and places at which his inspection has been made.
'Ve also recommend that it be an instruction to the Secretary of
the Grand ,Jury about to be appointed, that in future t11e fees
