The DCHRMS Business Rules working group is reviewing current guidelines to establish DCHRMS validity edits to ensure the new system is consistent with OPM policy, US laws and regulations. Working group meetings are designed to formalize enterprise business rules.The Business Rules working group reviewed 9,831 business rules, eliminating 62 percent of existing business rules. This allows for proper validity edits in support of the DCHRMS enterprise approach to Department Human Capital Management processes.
