1. GENERAL

Change of venue

For any team sport: if the scheduled venue is changed after the market is loaded, all bets will be void only if the new venue is a home ground of the original away team.

For all categories or markets other than team sports: if the scheduled venue is changed after the market is loaded, all bets will stand.

If there is a change in the type of scheduled surface after the market has been loaded, all bets will stand.

Change of format

If the format of a sports event is changed (e.g. half-time duration changed from 45 min to 40 min), all bets that are unconditionally determined will stand, the rest of the bets will be voided.

Dead heat

For each bet matched on a relevant winning selection, the stake money is first reduced in proportion by multiplying it by the sum of the number of winners, divided by the number of actual winners (i.e. stake multiplied by (number of winners expected/number of actual winners)). The winnings are then paid to the successful backers on this 'reduced stake' (reduced stake multiplied by traded price).

For example, assume there is a dead heat for first place between three horses. 'Client A' has backed one of the winners for a stake of 300 at the traded price of 4.0. When the event is settled, the stake (300) is multiplied by 1/3 (i.e. the number of expected winners (1) divided by the number of actual winners (3)) to calculate the reduced stake (100). The backer then receives the traded price matched (4.0) multiplied by the reduced stake (4 x 100 = 400). In this example, Client A's net winnings are 100 (400 payout minus the original 300 stake).

Suspected Irregularities

The Operator may withhold payments until a full investigation from the relevant governing body/independent authority has taken place when a game or sporting event contains any suspected irregularities.

Human error / System problems

If a bet is accepted at a price that is materially different from those available in the general market at the time the bet was made or clearly incorrect given the chance of the event occurring then the Operator will void all these bets.

Page 3: SPORTSBOOK – SPORTS, MARKETS AND RULES · placed on over 2.5. If the game ends with exactly two goals (1-1, 2-0 or 0-2) the bet placed on over 2 is settled tie and the bet placed

Late Bets

Live or In-play bets that are received late with respect to suspension of the live event will be voided. The suspension of the event could be for various reasons including a scored goal, a penalty awarded, a red card awarded, etc.

Live information

We do everything we can to ensure that the information displayed on live site with regards to an event is correct, but it is to be used as a guide only. In the event of score, time of match etc. being incorrect we assume no liability for this.

Bet Types

Single or Straight bet: A bet placed on a single selection.

Accumulator or Multiple bet: A bet placed on more than one selection. The maximum number of selections that can be included in a multiple will be shown in the bet slip once the limit is reached. All selections that are picked must win in order to have a return.

System bet: A bet placed on three selections or more (maximum eight selections). Unlike a multiple bet, a system bet can win and have a return even if some of the selections picked are lose. See ’System Bets’ in the below Appendix for a complete list of system bets combinations involving three to eight selections.

System bet with Banker bet (B) : This is a system bet with one selection set as banker bet. The banker bet in a System bet is very important since the whole system bet will lose if the banker bet loses.

Multiple / System bets

A multiple bet consists of a number of different chosen selections in any individual event market.

The Operator reserves the right not to accept certain multiple bets.

If a multiple contains a selection that is being voided the odds for this selection will be set to 1, i.e. if the multiple contains the selections over2.5 goals in game A (odds=2)* home in game B (odds=1.5) and game B is being voided the odds for this multiple will be 2 * 1 = 2.

If a multiple contains a selection that is being settled ‘Half Win’ the total odds is calculated as: i.e. one Win and one Half Win, odds(selection1) * (odds (selection2)/2 + 1/2).

If a multiple contains a selection that is being settled ‘Half Lose’ the total odds is calculated as: i.e. one Win and one Half Lose, odds(selection1) * 1/2.

It is not allowed to include different markets related to the same match in multiples and system bets. In the eventuality that two or more such markets are included in a multiple or system bet, then the bet is voided even if this was not initially blocked at bet placement instance.

Placing a Bet

Pick the selection where to place the bet, the bet slip will be populated with all the selection’s details. Insert the stake amount to the field ‘Stake’ to bet, review expected payout in ‘Potential payout’ and click ‘Place Bet’ button. Once the bet is accepted this can be reviewed in My Bets section. Click on ‘Print’ opens new window with betting receipt for just placed bet. Click on ‘New’ button clears bet slip and let to place new bet.

During bet placement odds can be changed slightly, especially in live events. “Accept odds changes” intended to control such cases and when checked bet would be placed even odds were changed. When unchecked restricts automatic update of odds in bet slip and odds can be updated only manually with click on “Refresh odds” button. It behaves at the same way for live and prelive events.

Winnings Calculation

If a bet is successful it will return a profit. The profit is calculated by the following method (using decimal odds): Win = Stake * Odds

For example, win amount will be 18 for a winning bet with stake 10 at odds 1.80.

18 = 10 * 1.80.

Outrights / Ante Post

When placing “Outright” bets no stakes will be refunded on participants that are not participating or withdrawing from an event. In case of more winners the dead heat rule will be applied.

If the event or tournament is not completed within 24 hours after the scheduled completion date all bets will be void.

Postponed / Abandoned matches If a match does not start on the scheduled starting date or starts but is later abandoned and is not completed (resumed) by end of the next full day, all bets will be void except for any bets placed on markets which have been unconditionally determined, which will stand.

Awarded results are not used for settlement purposes.

Some markets have different rules and these are listed under each sport/market.

Resettlements The Operator reserves the right to reverse the settlement of a market if a market is settled in error (

i.e. human or technical error).

Settled outcomes

There are five different settled outcomes being used: Win Lose, Tie, Half win and Half lose. Half win and Half lose refers to Asian handicap or Over/Under where the line includes a quarter (0.25, 0.75, 1.25 etc.).

I.e. if a bet is placed on over 2.25, half of the stake is placed on over 2 and half of the stake is placed on over 2.5. If the game ends with exactly two goals (1-1, 2-0 or 0-2) the bet placed on over 2 is settled tie and the bet placed on over 2.5 is settled lose. This is called Half lose. If the game ends with more than two goals the bet is settled win or if it ends with less than two goals the bet is settled lose.

I.e. if a bet is placed on over 2.75, half of the stake is placed on over 2.5 and half of the stake is placed on over 3. If the game ends with exactly three goals (2-1, 3-0, 1-2 or 0-3) the bet placed on over 2.5 is settled as win and the bet placed on over 3 is settled tie. This is called Half win. If the game ends with more than three goals the bet is settled win or if it ends with less than three goals the bet is settled lose.

Cash Out

The Cash Out function offers the opportunity to take a return from the original bet before the actual selected betting event is finished.

The amount offered when cashing out will depend on the current odds at the point in time that a Cash Out request is submitted. This amount can be higher or lower than the original stake thus it can lock a profit or minimise a potential loss.

Bets which are available for Cash Out are shown in the Cash Out section, on some markets Cash Out might not be available for various reasons.

Cash Out can be available on selected markets on single or multiple bet types in both pre-match and live events.

A time delay is set when requesting Cash Out on a bet, if in the meantime the odds change or the market is suspended than the Cash Out request might be unsuccessful.

When a Cash Out request is accepted, the bet will be immediately settled, the amount offered will be returned to the account, and the outcome description will show as Cash Out. The actual final result of the original bet will have no impact on the cash out settlement.

A cash out settlement can be reversed if the bet or market was wrongly settled.

Odds Types

The sportsbook odds content can be switched to/from and displayed in a number of different odds type views namely Decimal, Fractional, American, Hong Kong, Malaysian and Indonesian.

Incoming Bets

Each bet placed by any player would be displayed in Incoming Bets ticker and can be copied to bet slip with click on ”Copy to bet slip” button.

as 2. The second yellow for one player which leads to a yellow red card is not considered. As a consequence, one player cannot cause more than 3 cards.

Clean Sheet, the team that keeps a clean sheet wins.

Win from behind, the selected team must be losing at any stage during the match but subsequently win the match.

Handicap with draw and 1st Half Handicap with draw, these are 3-way markets (home, draw, away), the outcome of this bet is determined after applying the given handicap to the final score. Example, Handicap with draw 1-0 market and match finishes 0-1, handicap applied to final score is 1-1, hence draw wins, home and away lose. The same logic applies for 1st Half Handicap with draw, the handicap is applied to the half time result.

Bets on Player To Score apply to full time (90 min) excluding extra time. Own goals do not count. No refund on non-starters.

Corner markets: bets are settled on what time the corner is actually taken (not the time it is awarded).

Fast markets (live): bets on what will happen in the next x minutes are settled on what time the selections (corner, free kick, goal kick, goal, throw in, card, nothing, etc.) are awarded and not on the actual time taken.

If a team is disqualified, thrown out or otherwise removed from a league, one of the following will apply:

The relevant season will be deemed to have started once the first league game has been played. For the purposes of this rule, markets relating to individual matches will not be deemed to be "affected markets".

If a player or pairing retires or is disqualified in any match, the player or pairing progressing to the next round (or winning the tournament in the case of a final) will be deemed the winner.

All bets will stand regardless of changes to scheduled venues, including any changes to a different type of surface.

If less than one set has been completed at the time of the retirement or disqualification then all bets relating to that individual match will be void

If the scheduled duration of a match is reduced or increased in the number of games/sets required to win, all bets on games/set markets will be void except for bets on the Games Over/Under market where bets will stand if the predefined over/under line is reached.

Race to 3 games bets will stand as long as three games are finished.

Where markets are offered on games or sets within a match, a retirement or disqualification during a game or set will render bets on that game or set market void.

If a game is interrupted bets will stand even if game is not finished by end of the next full day.

Super tiebreak (in singles and doubles matches), a super tiebreak (super 10 rules) will count as one game with regards to all bets on the number of games played in a match.

22. VOLLEYBALL

Rules

If a game starts but is not being completed then all bets will be void.

23. WINTERSPORTS

Rules

All bets are settled on the official results/rankings of the International Ski Federation (FIS), the International Skating Union (ISU), the International Biathlon Union (IBU), the Official Olympic Committee or any official body deemed to have such authority for competitions. Subsequent disqualifications and/or appeals will not affect bets.

If a specific event is suspended or postponed all bets will be void unless (a) the event is completed at the same venue by end of the next full day; or (b) called by the relevant governing body.

Bets on any participant who takes part in qualifying for a specified event but then fails to qualify for the main Round(s) will be classed as losers.

F Head-to-Head (H2H) betting both competitors must leave the start line/gate for bets to stand. If one competitor is disqualified or does not finish the race for any reason, then the other skier is deemed the winner. A skier can only be deemed a winner if they are listed in the official race classification (e.g. in the case of Slalom or Giant Slalom, both runs must be completed as specified in the event rules).
