SUBJECT:Proposal of Sponsorship for BZU LAHORE CAMPUS-2 Annual
Sports Gala - 2014
Respect Sir/Madam,Salam,The undersigned would like to intimate
your majesty that BZU LAHORE CAMPUS-2 is conducting its Annual
Sports Gala 2014 on 5th, 6th, and 7thMay 2014, venue WAPDA Sports
Complex, Lahore. This event aims to highlight the sports potential
of the students of the institution by providing them an opportunity
to groom the sportsmanship spirit. BZU LAHORE CAMPUS-2 conducts
this sports week annually with great zeal and zest.Award ceremony
will be held in BZU LAHORE CAMPUS-2 on 10th of May, 2014. This
award ceremony will take place for the distribution of prizes among
the winners and prominent participants of annual sports gala 2014
in order to encourage their efforts. This award ceremony will be
started with a fabulous Cultural show. In order to do this event,
we are seeking your courteous cooperation and support in commencing
this fabulous and remarkable annual sports gala event. For this
reason we want to draw your attention towards a remarkable
opportunity of advertising your products through this event. There
will be full media coverage throughout three days of Sports Gala-
2014 and more than 800 students will be participating in this
event. So, it will be a bright opportunity to advertise your
product in this event through sponsor this sports gala.
