ABOUT THE FESTIVALRock the Ranch Music Festival (RTR) will take place

in New Caney TX, May 12th & 13th of 2017 and will

be an annual event hosted by East Montgomery

County Improvement District and produced by 542

Entertainment Inc. The purpose of the event is to drive

tourism to the new Valley Ranch Town Center and

surrounding areas. The festival will consist of two nights

of headlining entertainment in the new 10,000 capacity

amphitheater, daily activities including a free-style

motocross show, vendors’ alley, street performers and

more. Camping will also be a part of the festival, hosted

on 43 acres of land that is attached to the development.

TARGET DEMOGRAPHIC & MARKETSOur target demographic will be both males and females, between the ages of 25-40 years. Our two nights of entertainment will include artists from the Top 40 pop market. Our attendees will most likely be from the greater Houston area, and more specifically East Montgomery County. Marketing will be focused heavily in the Houston, TX market.

THE SITERock the Ranch will be an annual event held in the amphitheater and surrounding areas of the Valley Ranch Town Center. The goal over time is to program talent in venues within the Valley Ranch development area, after the main-stage closes at 11pm. Valley Ranch opened its first store in Fall 2016, and the targeted full completion date is 2019. Valley Ranch Amphitheater will host concerts year round, with RTR being the staple annual event in the area.
