Community Relations Cynthia Spencer Hospice is an extremely visible medium for branding and sponsorship, and is

known and supported by every section of society. The Hospice unites society irrespective of race,

religion or political opinion. In terms of community relations, there are few better options. Also

sponsor advertising may be treated as allowable business expenses when working out your

profits for tax purposes.

There are a number of levels of involvement - Please note that the graphics used to illustrate these packages are from previous events. We will work with you to create

final designs.

Sponsorship Opportunities Sponsorship is a great way to support Cynthia Spencer Hospice and if you are looking to

increase brand awareness and benefit from positive association with a popular event in its

14th year and with a trusted local charity, then we can help.

Our “Cycle 4 Cynthia” event annually achieves a great deal of air time and press coverage with

local media channels producing a perfect sponsorship and marketing opportunity for any

organisation.

Cycle4Cynthia is now in its 16th year and is a staple in the Northamptonshire event calendar.

Widely supported by the community, Cycle4Cynthia attracts around 1,000 riders each year so is

a perfect opportunity to get your brand and messaging in front of an engaged audience repre-

senting a wide demographic including many riders taking part in corporate teams.

• Your business logo will appear on all event materials including entry flyers, posters, team

entry forms, event banner stands and also appears in a targeted mailing to all previous par-

ticipants and the initial letter to everyone who signs up to the event. You also have the op-

tion to include an insert in the rider pack that is sent to all registered participants.

• A press release to promote the partnership and your business named in each monthly press

release leading up to the event—minimum 6 press releases

At Cycle4Cynthia safety is paramount and our largest single mandatory expense is provision of

ample first aid cover. Having cover at the event, including a mobile presence and a further static

site located at one of the pitstops means that our first aid cover can react if necessary a lot

quicker than conventional emergency services and means that in the rare event of an accident

they can manage the situation, including avoiding intervention of emergency services that are

better used elsewhere.

• Your business logo will also appear in a targeted mailing to all previous participants and the

initial letter to everyone who signs up to the event. You also have the option to include an

insert in the rider pack that is sent to all registered participants.

safety information and ride maps given to all riders c.1,000.

designed for you free of charge.

to our social media audience c.5,000.

• The ride guide will be available for download from the C4C website and our

main Hospice website.

Our pitstops are spread around the course and offer riders the chance of a rest, comfort

break, refreshments, salt and fluid replacement.

As a pitstop sponsor your company

logo will appear on the sponsors

boards located at the pitstops and at

the start/finish area.

• You will be given a pitstop that appears on the route of both 50-mile and 25-mile

routes, meaning 95% of riders will pass through.

• Opportunity to brand the pitstop with your business branding

• Provide a team of volunteers from your business, dressed in your company

livery to man the pitstop.
