SPONSORSHIP POLICIES
Sponsors are required to sign an ITS Sponsorship Agreement. ITS retains the right to refuse or deny any application or agreement and has full power in the interpretation of enforcement of the agreement terms.
ELIGIBILITY
ITS reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company or product for inclusion in the exhibition. Sponsors and the conduct of exhibitors are subject to ITS approval.
SPONSORSHIP SELECTION
Sponsors will have the ability to review sponsorship packages and provide ITS with their preferred option. However, sponsors will be based on current availability and secured once ITS receives payment. ITS retains the right to refuse or deny any sponsor application.
PAYMENT TERMS
Acknowledgement of the Terms & Conditions and payment will be due once you are selected as a sponsor. Sponsors will be notified within two business days that their application is approved. Application status will remain pending until ITS gives approval. ITS offers no guarantee or commitment to a sponsorship package until sponsor is notified by email. If a sponsorship is denied, a full refund will be issued within two business days.
CANCELLATION
Sponsor-initiated cancellations will not be refunded.

CARING FOR EXHIBIT SPACE
Exhibitors are expected to keep their space in good order and are responsible for returning their space in the condition it was found: clean and undamaged.
EXHIBIT SETUP
Exhibit setup takes place before the conference between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m., Oct. 10, 2018.
EXHIBIT DISMANTLING
Dismantling will begin as soon as the conference ends Oct. 11, 2018, and all exhibits must be removed from the venue by 1:30 p.m.
EQUIPMENT DELIVERY
Exhibitors assume full repsonsibility for the delivery and removal of their exhibit and exhibit materials.
CIRCULATION
Circulars and promotional material may only be distributed within the exhibit space.
EXHIBIT INSPECTION
The organizer can inspect exhibit spaces at any time during the event. Exhibitors in violation of rules will be requested to comply or dismantle their exhibit.
• Exhibitors cannot interfere with the light, space, comfort, or view of another exhibitor.
• Animated signs or flashing lights are prohibited.
• Keep aisles clear from floor to ceiling.
• All exhibit materials must be nonflammable.
• Signs, handbills, or other devices are strictly limited to your assigned exhibit space.
• Loudspeakers are prohibited.
• Noise creating devices such as musical instruments, radios, and televisions can only be operated at a level that will not interfere with other exhibitors and will not add unduly to general acoustic inconvenience.
• All exhibit personnel must be exhibitor representatives or employees and registered conference attendees.
• Exhibitors cannot assign, sublet, or share space without prior written consent of the organizer.
• Exhibitors can show only goods they manufacture or deal with during regular course of business.
• Exhibitors are not guaranteed that an exhibitor with similar products or a competitor will not be located in a nearby or adjoining space.
• The organizer has the right to restrict or evict exhibitors because of objectionable noise, operation method, materials, or any other reason or because the exhibitor detracts from the general character of the exhibition as a whole.
• If an exhibitor is restricted or evicted, the organizer is not liable for any refunds.

PARTICIPATION POLICY
Industrial Training Services programs and events are open to energy companies, clients, and partners. Programs and events are closed to media representatives, general public, and direct competitors.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION $149Registration includes conference materials and food.
Guest tickets are available for $75 and allow for a personal guest, such as a spouse or partner who does not work in the energy industry, to accompany a registered attendee at the event. Guest registration includes all conference food and receptions.

Due to contractual obligations, cancellations received 30 business days prior to the program will receive a full refund. However, substitutions from your organization for the same event are welcome within 30 day window.
