Private Terrace Private Terrace
Private Terraces are being rented as raw space, no ancillary items are included in the rental. All stands or fittings made from structures other than those provided by the Société d’Exploitation de l’Acropolis de Nice or which are part of a specific design or decorative feature not built by Société d’Exploitation de l’Acropolis de Nice personnel, must be submitted to the Société d’Exploitation de l’Acropolis de Nice for approval. A memo must be submitted containing calculations, plans, description of the materials used, fire reaction classification report issued by an approved laboratory.
Société d’Exploitation de l’Acropolis de Nice reserves the right, at the client’s expense, to have an approved agency inspect any installations not built by its personnel, prior to exhibition opening. Installations found to be non-compliant with relevant rules and norms shall be rendered compliant by the Exhibitor prior to opening of the exhibition or, by default, by the Société d’Exploitation de l’Acropolis de Nice at the Exhibitor’s expense. Build plans must be submitted to the Societe d’Exloitaiton de l’Acropolis on or before March 31, 2015.

Digital Advertising
As part of our continued drive to innovate, update and disrupt, we too are transforming to digital for Nice. This year will see the launch of our own bespoke digital screen network throughout the Acropolis for TM Forum Live! in June.
Comprised of a network of 5 digital screens deployed strategically across the event,- the expo floor and high volume traffic areas, TM Forum TV will allow for a bold and impactful broadcast of all up the minute information as it happens during TM Forum Live!
The broadcast will showcase the sights and sounds of the show floor as well as twitter feeds, breaking show news, daily wrap up reel from day prior, and other TM Forum content. In essence, this content driven broadcast will act as a rolling digital show daily and will ensure that all delegates and exhibitors are informed at all times in a dynamic and flexible way.
In addition to our TM Forum Live! content there will be provision for a select number of exhibitors and sponsors to participate on the network by way of a bespoke airtime package. This allows for dedicated marketing messages or on stand interviews that allow for multi service or product messages to be beamed all across the show site.
