De la relación entre diseñador y entorno nacen conceptos y formas que Pott trata de recoger en sus productos elaborados a mano mediante un cuidadoso proceso. Cada terruño encierra una magia que nuestros diseñadores han sabido trabajar desde los materiales autóctonos y el valor de la tradición local para trasladarlo a diferentes lugares del mundo.

En un paseo por las costas del Mediterráneoencontramos hallazgos que nos devuelven a lo más sencillo de las formas naturales. SpongeUp es una seriede lámparas hechas a mano respetando las técnicas de alfareríatradicional. Disponible en una gama de colores naturales y en tres tamaños diferentes, permiten componerestancias con un versátil juego de luz filtrada aportando un aire mediterráno al espacio.

Walking along the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, we come across many species embodyingnature in its simplest forms. The SpongeUp collection consists of aseries of handmade pendant lamps, crafted applying traditional pottery techniques. TheSpongeUp lamps are available in a range of natural colors, and come in three sizes, giving the possibility to elaborate your personal composition. Una colección de luminarias inspirada en los orígenes geográficos de la marca. Totana: Paisaje de contrastes, tonalidades de barro, alfarería y sabiduría, luces y sombras, fuego y agua; son los elementos que han influido en el diseño de esta colección; Formada por dos volúmenes que se interseccionan. El primero envolvente, gestual, voluminoso, de forma cónica con una terminación superior que hace referencia a la boca de un envase cerámico torneado a mano; el segundo lineal y estructural, definido como un trazo. Como resultado una luminaria cálida, un equilibrio entre materialidad y luz.

A collection of luminaries inspired by the geographical origins of the brand. Totana,Landscape of contrasts, tonalities of clay, pottery and wisdom, lights and shadows, fire and water; elements that have influenced the design of this collection;Formed by two volumes that intersect. The first enveloping, gestural, voluminous, conical with an upper termination that refers to the mouth of a ceramic container turned by hand; the second linear and structural, defined as a stroke. As a result, a warm lamp, a balance between materiality and light.

Caló es la última creación de Miguel Ángel. Una lámpara colgante que recoge la tradición de los botijos que cuelgan en casa y árboles de las tierras de secano donde el sol descarga toda su intensidad más allá del verano. Esta pieza, fruto de un paisaje de bancales salpicados por rotundos tormos de tierra es capaz de refrescar las noches de verano con su voluminosa presencia y el caudal de luz concentrada que emana de su base.

Caló is the latest creation of Miguel Ángel. A pendant lamp that revives the tradition of the Spanish “botijo”, which used to be filled with wáter and hung at home or in a tree, protecting it from the blazing sun of the Mediterranean summer. By its history, its voluptuous contours and its sleek design, “Caló” comes as a fresh new addition to the brand’s collection.

Una lámpara de terracota inspirada en los orígenes de la alfarería rural. Cada lámpara colgante Flame es única, fabricada a mano con precisión y dedicación por artesanos que aúnan técnicas de alfarería tradicionales, aplicadas a materiales naturales, con diseños de iluminación contemporáneos. Su superficie exterior queda al natural produciendo un interesante contraste con un interior blanco y luminoso.

A terracotta lamp inspired by the origins of traditional pottery. Each Flame pendant lamp is unique, handmade with dedication and care by artisans who combine traditional pottery techniques, applied to natural materials, with contemporary lighting designs. Its outer surface is left “au naturel” contrasting perfectly with its white varnished interior.

Crafted from natural terracotta, Pott’s Flame pendant lamp collection wears two personalities: the exterior has been left au naturel and unvarnished while the interior softly contrasts by proposing a white glazed finish. Subtle lines left by the production process circle the outside of the lampshade adding to it movement and fluidity while recalling the twirl of the potter’s wheel.

Each of Pott’s Flame pendant lamps is unique and has been hand-crafted with care and dedication, mixing traditional pottery techniques and natural materials to contemporary lighting designs.

The Flame pendant lamps are available in terracotta color and come in three different sizes.

Confeccionadas en terracota, la colección de lámparas de techo Flame tiene una doble personalidad: la superficie exterior de estas lámparas, al natural, ha sido dejada sin barnizar, produciendo un interesante contraste con el área interior, que ofrece un acabado esmaltado en blanco. En la parte externa pueden observarse, además, trazos sutiles fruto del proceso de producción que confieren a la lámpara un carácter dinámico y fluido, sugiriendo el giro del torno del alfarero.

Cada lámpara colgante Flame es única, habiendo sido fabricada a mano con dedicación y esmero por artesanos que aúnan técnicas de alfarería tradicionales, aplicadas a materiales naturales, con diseños de iluminación contemporáneos.

Las lámparas de techo Flame están disponibles en tres tamaños diferentes, en color terracota.

El concepto Sponge evoluciona hacia formasmás estilizadas con SpongeOh! Una lámpara que parece estirarse levemente con la propia gravedad de su peso, concentrando el brillo de sus «pompas de luz» en la zona inferior de la lámpara. Elaborada con materiales naturales enlos talleres de alfarería artesana de Totana en el sureste español, las lámparas de techo SpongeOh! proponen el equilibrio entre el fino acabado de la arcilla y las perforaciones que le dan personalidad a la serie.

The Sponge concept evolves into more stylized shapes withSpongeOh! While the lamp seems to stretch slightly from the gravity of its weight, its sparkling effect is gathered on its lower part. Made in a workshop of southern Spain using only natural materials, the SpongeOh! proposes a balanced juxtapositionof a smooth clay surface, typical of traditional pottery, and a porous strip, distinctive element of the Sponge series.

Hechas a mano en el sureste español, las lámparas de techo SpongeRo! proponen el equilibrio entre el fino acabado de la arcilla inspirado en la alfarería tradicional, y una franja perforada que permite el paso de la luz a través del cuerpo de la lámpara creando interesantes texturas en la iluminación de diversas estancias.

After exploring colours and shapes in the previous chapters of the Sponge series, designer Miguel Angel García Belmonte goes further with the SpongeRo! Hand-made in Southern Spain, the SpongeRo! pendant light proposes a balanced juxtaposition of a smooth clay surface, typical of traditional pottery, and a porous strip, distinctive element of the Sponge series which let the light flows into the room to create a unique textured atmosphere.
